Great shopping location with easy access to Platinum mall and Central World. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms with a good view. Conveniently located for friends who enjoy going out at nights.

Great shopping location next to big malls. Room size and comfort exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. Staff were friendly and accommodating. TV had many channels to choose from.

The breakfast was marvelous with a wide array of good food. The location of the hotel was ideal - at a medium distance from J Fitness. The stay was real good, recommend.

Came with my toddler, everything was excellent. The rooms were cozy with one double bed.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, as it is right above a famous fashion mall and near lots of local restaurants and markets. The service was outstanding, with staff who were always willing to help us and recommend places to go. The amenities were amazing, from the comfortable room with an adjoining sitting area to the spa and wellness centre with its swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. We also loved the bar and poolside snack bar, perfect spots to relax with a drink after a long day of exploring.

Highly recommend this place to families.

Had a really really nice stay in this hotel. The room was huge with extremely comfy beds. Late check-out was useful. The pool was nice and there was a good restaurant on site.

The hotel's location is ideal for anyone looking to shop their hearts out. It's close to the top shopping malls in the area. Guests can easily access the malls and enjoy the numerous restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The breakfast served at the hotel had a wide variety of options, including Indian and Japanese cuisine. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with great views and fully equipped gyms.

The staff at the hotel could have been more polite while dealing with guests.

Exceptionally clean hotel with a very central location very close to fashion outlets & malls. Again, the property was near Central World Shopping Mall.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast was perfect and everything was perfect! Non-smoking room & magnificent views. There was a beautiful bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. Location just off restaurants and the famous fashion mall and many other nice shopping areas, plenty of restaurants, and entertainment. Also, Big c Rajdamri was at a short distance.

This hotel is amazing! It's literally next to a busy shopping mall, close to all tourist attractions, and has everything you need within walking distance. The hotel facilities are great, and everything is kept clean and tidy. the breakfast offered here was delicious, and the staff are always on hand to help out with anything you need. Plus, transportation is so easy with the train station just a short walk away.

Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel staff were very good too fix a problem with our room. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night and they immediately moved us to a new room and even offered a complimentary breakfast. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
